Sanyo has pledged to boost digital camera output by 33% over the next two years, according to a Japanese press report.

‘The company plans to increase the total annual output of digital cameras to be sold under OEM brands as well as its own brand to 20m units in 2010, from 15m units in 2007,’ reports the latest issue of Japanese trade publication .
